Policies and Procedures
We do not provide cleaning solution for stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, antique furniture, antique picture frames, semi-precious counter-tops, semi-precious stone slabs, semi-precious stone tiles, and other exotic materials.
If conditions require additional treatment, additional charges will apply as necessary. Additional charges are between $5-$35 and will not exceed $55.
(normal additional treatment is approximately $10)
Cancellation Policies are set by Angel Maids Corporate Office. The following applies to all confirmed appointments: All terms are Non-Negotiable once appointments are scheduled. Angel House Cleaners have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of a booked and confirmed appointment is a $50 flat fee. Locations outside Angel House Cleaner’s service area are subject to a mileage fee metric: $5 for every 5 miles outside of the Angel House Cleaner local dispatch center. Mileage fees must be established prior to any confirmed booking.
18% gratuity is recommended for all cleaning technicians. 18% gratuity will be included for the technician(s) for carpets over 600 sq-ft and tiles over 250 sq/ft.
Carpet Cleaning-Additional stain costs: $15-$35 for carpeted area under 650 sq/ft. Additional charges outside of the contracted job invoice will automatically be billed to the card on file. Square footage over 650 sq/ft will be $25 for each additional 100 sq/ft. Stairs, rugs, sofas, chairs and other furniture are not included in any online deals.
Client is responsible for providing reasonable parking accommodations and/or any fees associated.
